This is my first youtube video ever.

I know I sound dumb doing the supernote (my wife: "You sound like you're dying!"), but what the hell. I vocalized for like 3 minutes. Gimme a break. You try it.

After the supernote, I just talk about pertinent stuff for a while. You can skip to the end to see my cats (Persephone and Penelope) doing supernotes, although theirs are pretty short. I've heard them both go for like 3 or 4 seconds before.

Sorry about the bad quality of this video (I know the sound is lagging), but I think you can hear me going the whole time. I really did do this. I appreciate your skepticism, but *hereby brushing off all haters*

Man that was just your stomach growling. You really look like you need some protein. Eat before you die!

In reality you performed a vocal technique in the beginning called "Vocal Fry". Some use it to massage or warm up the vocal folds but I think you just need to eat something to cure the stomach growl.
