p90x (17 days in) i have scoliosis so i have been doing miner workouts, but one day i seen p90x and wanted to try it, i havent looked back, tips and supplements or what else i can do to get ripped would be a great help and pointers i need to work on. so far im only on jack3d. see my other vid to see what i used to look like. right now im about 145 pounds

  • @ellonysman the protein that u dont use just goes to waste, im pretty sure bulking would mean more calories you put in your body than u burn, just like cutting is putting less in than your burning

  • how could anyone dislike this vid? This kid has scoliosis and instead of just laying there complaining about it he's actually doing something, good job.

    For starters you should buy some whey protein to take right after your workouts, and you want to eat 1 gram of protein per pound in your body (if you weight 150 eat 150 grams of protein a day) and your main sources of protein should never come from supplements or shakes.

  • @gobstopper9991 Because you have a high metabolism like I do. From the looks of it you look like your in your late teens, so your body is going to be able to burn ridiculous amounts of calories just because of your genetics. When I started college my metabolism slowed and I was able to put on muscle. I would just wait it out, because even though you think you will be skinny forever, your metabolism will slow and it will either be fat or muscle. Your choice.
