    I have been struggling with focusing, with I guess depression because of the life I lived as a child.. And got wrapped in drug addiction.. For quite some time... I Studied substance abuse counseling learned a lot about myself... So I have been dealing with myself now with out the substances to "cope" and I got angry with myself for holding back Mental Growth /Mature and that got me stressed out... I was introduced to Q96 by a friend of mine.. Took it for 27days and felt alert and focused
