There are two box sets in Japan containing the whole series, but they are really expensive. Almost 50000Yen each.

I saw the first box at the Tezuka museum in Kyoto, and they are also available at Amazon Japan. Just search there with "青いブリンク DVD".

I think they send orders abroad, but the shipping will probably be high.
