funny skit: taking a laptop locked with a Kensington cable

Someone in my friend's office saw how easy it was to open a Kensington lock and they made this skit. If it was not so sad that these locks are so bad, the skit would be funny. They just bought the lock a few weeks ago.

not only is the acting bad, which I'm hoping was done on purpose to act like a cheesy commercial, but you can hear the lady say "Action" at 0:19

Are these locks really gonna stop anyone? If I were to try and steal a laptop I would rip it from the lock... As long as the components inside don't get damaged, who gives a fuck!?
