  • @PS360Million u prolly have very stiff ankles as well. i think the only way is to stretch ankles and get the bottom position correct. try to sit between your legs and try to get the balance off from your heels. Perhaps Overhead squatts will help with form too. i dont know yet, cuz im only working on it still!
