Program the Quadratic Formula on your calculator (including imaginary roots)

i had the problem x2+16x+8 and it didnt work it gave me a bunch of decimals.!

@Lara123722 x^2+16x+8 is supposed to give you a decimal value, because factoring it out into the form (x + a)(x + b), a+b = 16 and ab=8.

the only way multiplication is lower than addition is if one of the values is less than one.

if the equation was x^2+8x+16 then you would get integer answes (-4 and -4)

Hey man i tried the final part of the video when u press the program button then quad and after u hit enter to fill what a,b,and c are but then it says error: SYNTAX?????? !!!! help how do i fix that?

Try to program a prime checker that works without having to divide the number by all numbers less than it.
