I've considered one but can't help but wonder if Roomba is pet-proof, as we have a very lively Bengal cat - a very strong, acrobatic, playful Bengal kleptomaniac on steroids.
Roomba will either end up giving free rides around the house, the charger will be fatally disorientated, or the main unit would wind up behind the sofa in the cat-toy den. Alternatively, I'm sure that a certain "someone" would love to see it cascade uncontrollably down the stairs for fun.
Mmmm... Maybe not :o(
