  • Hi Dr Tony, as a fellow-Queenslander here is my Q: men and women?! 1) From your clinical experience have you found that, on the spectrum, there are still 'different needs/desires'? NTs and ATs differ; but specifically 2) what are the focuses/directions of female aspies. And, 3) is it a myth that men are 'abstract' and women practical ...with aspies (vs. typicals)?? [Feel free to paraphrase these Qs.] Thanks so much, Henry.

  • Thanks for this video. Tony Attwood is awesome. I had the pleasure of hearing speak live, and meeting him in the UK two weeks ago.

It is so important to speak of abilities and strengths in Asperger's syndrome and not just disabilities and difficulties. This is just what Prof Attwood does. But he also has very helpful answers to addressing the difficulties related to Asperger's syndrome.
