HORN ACTION!!! GONE, SOON TO BE QUIET ZONES

Orange, CA

In 2009 the city of orange will make all these crossing quiet zones! that means no more horns! how UNSAFE is this? how corrupt is or government to pass a law like this!

My thoughts- If you dont like the horn then get the hell out of here! the horn is for safety, plus some residents say when i moved hear "i didnt think they would blow the horn so much", well of course there is a crossing dumbass!

QUIET ZONES STINK AND KILL PEOPLE AND ENGINEERS!

I'm not sure quiet zones mean no more horns for trains. BUT I'm tired of parking at a stop sound and some punk drives up with his music blasting his stupid music . Make me want to play classicial as loud as money can buy. I was relaxing at a park some goon drives up and from 6 feet blows his horn (twice and on pourpose). Scares the crap out of me. I aske him to be careful he said he didn't see me. and he will blow his horne any time.

That sucks that Orange, CA is going to be in a Whistle ban zone. I do have to tell you this, it is the residents of Orange that wants it to be a ban zone, the County Government is responsible to enforce the laws. I know that Mukilteo, WA is a whistle ban zone, but everyday, you can hear the horns blaring like crazy because of trespassers. In Edmonds, those people don't mind the trains blaring the horn. They actually like it for some reason. Edmonds don't want to have a ban zone due to safety.
