I don't like to teach this technique because its slower and as a result you have to have a few physical gifts that not everyone will have. Length, fast release, and great elevation.
Shots 2-4 you see the Dell Curry Duck Step. The inside foot curls in before the catch so that your lead shooting foot will be pointed toward the basket. The outside foot follows and you can get the ball up the second it hits your hands. In order to make shots at a high percentage using this technique you must develop great dynamic balance and or the ability to correct your shot in the air if you drift left or right.
