how do you do that?

Shot the first grenade straight up into the air. Just before it lands (and explodes) shot a second grenade straight down at the ground and jump at the same time.

The two explosions + the jump can launch you very high into the air - have fun.

The moment of firing the second grenade also depends on whether you're moving (to jump sideways or compensate for bad aim with the first one) or not.
