Hmm, couldn't find the recipe for making Chinese wheat noodles or whole grain noodles, here you go...this chinese noodle is made with whole grain noodles and also it's eggless!!!   • Hi Bhavna, I made this for my dinner tonight. It was very quick and easy. I really enjoyed it very much and this noodle dish will become a meal that I will rely on. I only had plum sauce too and I also added a little ginger and toasted sesame oil. I forgot to put in the vinegar. Clearly a dish that is very forgiving and open for improvisation. It would be great with tofu too!
