Hi Bhavna, I made this for my dinner tonight. It was very quick and easy. I really enjoyed it very much and this noodle dish will become a meal that I will rely on. I only had plum sauce too and I also added a little ginger and toasted sesame oil. I forgot to put in the vinegar. Clearly a dish that is very forgiving and open for improvisation. It would be great with tofu too!
