today ill show you how to upgrade a limited account to an administrative account, but this, unlike my other vid will also work if the safe-mode administrator has a password
UPDATE: jmawr9 has informed me of a fix if you are unable to downgrade your administrator back to a limited!!! be sure to thank him :D heres the fix: "Find "System Restore" on your computer and restore your computer to somewhere around the day before

it works if you have a CD-ROM or a CD-RAM (mines doesnt) you can just put the pc login thing in a usb or whatever
