  • what kind of milk is best ? whole milk or low fat milk ?

  • @siliexar Any type of milk can be frothed more than enough, it really comes down to a preference of taste.

  • @CaffeSociety - Still dont understand the difference between a capuccino and a latte..

Both seem same.. whats the difference ? is it the way the milk is treated ?

Does capuccino use more froth by adding higher steam pressure in the milk .. while for latte its done milder ?

  • @errolmiranda - A cappuccino is 1/3rd espresso, 1/3rd hot milk, 1/3rd frothed milk, while a latte is a 1/3rd espresso, 2/3rd hot milk. The frothed milk has more air introduced into it while heating it with the steam wand.

  • @CaffeSociety everytime I steam milk for a latte, its good, it looks decent, but i cant seam to get enough foam/froth when going to make a cappuccino.. whats the proper way to foam/froth milk for either or?..latte/cappuccino?

    Thanks

  • latte is cappuccino with more steamed milk.. simply talking

  • your accent is too thick for me.

    but i learned by watching

    thank you

  • thanks for the great detailed vid

  • @siliexar Whole milk makes better foam :)

  • THANK YOU

this is a great refresher course

  • There is some differences between types of milk. In my opinion the worst kind is fat-free, lactose-free milk: the froth you get is rock-hard and impossible to mix evenly with rest of the milk.

  • omg pink espresso machine! :D
