Put an object up against the palm of your hand to start with then try pinching the object so that it is in front of your palm and inch or two, then pinch it and hang it in the air, etc. All training is a process - you just have to be the one to figure out how many steps your dog needs you to split the behavior in to.

the video is cool but I still don't know how to teach my dog to touch all these different things... my dog knows how to push my hand but everytime I try to make her push something else she is just clueless. do I have to start at the beginning with every new object?
