after the first 5 revs I think we got the point lol. pretty nice sound, but the only exhaust I would ever put on a mustang is a SLP Loudmouth, more intimidating than any exhaust out there.

@almie54 ....if the car hasn't been modded out (heads,cam, stuff like that) and not abused.....then yea excellent deal!!!....cold air intake, headers, exhaust are normal mods, but heads intake manifolds and cams show that the owner wanted speed, and most of the time means it was driven hard....

those were just the Flowmaster 40 series mufflers? or is that the complete catback? i want your exact setup i like it a lot and it looks like you dont have any clearance issues w/the bbk x pipe which is good

@09portillo Those are Flowmaster 40's welded into the stock exhaust tubing but sound wise it's pretty much the same thing as getting the whole catbacks. No, I don't have any clearance issues and my car is lowered about 1.5 inches.

How much of a difference (sound-wise) did the X pipe make?

A lot more than you would think, actually. It made it a little louder and a LOT more aggressive. Just like everyone says on the forums...its more of a raspy/mean sound than the stock or an aftermarket h-pipe. If you get an offroad x-pipe there will be quite a bit more of a difference than just the catted version which is what I have here.
