Artie my Pet Chipmunk Playing with my hands like a mini puppy!

Artie is my pet chipmunk. I blog about him at lolkitty.info if you want to read more.
He's really playful and he likes to come attack your hands and run away, it's so cute!
I say "ow" once when he nibbles me but it didn't really hurt :)

If you don't know already, he's a wild chipmunk I rescued when he was a baby. Chipmunks are great pets, and need lots of love an attention. The only reason this little guy is so tame is because we hand raised him, and take him out to play with us like this almost every day. As you can see, it's worth it! :-D

Thanks :) We try to keep the little guy happy as can be! It was our main concern with having a wild pet, but chipmunks sure are fun pets, aren't they!?

I think chipmunks can understand when they bite too hard if you scream when they bite (but I'm sure that you probably do already! hahaha). It always startles ours. Also, you can see I'm being pretty gentle so he tends to bite less. My boyfriend plays more rough and gets bit much much harder!

Aww, sweet! We don't have chipmunks here in England, but I wish we did! They're like someone painted stripes on the result of a hamster raping a squirrel! Cute!!!
