@SoFlanimal Forgot to mention that the mission won't show up as active until after you complete the mission to Horizon.

@SoFlanimal You can do it before the Suicide Mission same as Lair of the Shadow Broker. Only difference is that at the end of Arrival you see the Collector General in the hologram instead of Harbinger.
