According to "anti-racists", they are already 100% diverse.

They say ALL & ONLY White area need to be more diverse, and that White areas only stop needing to be more diverse when there are no White people left in them.

You get to vote if you are a citizen in good standing. You aren't a citizen that can vote until you get naturalized. And the Govt decided who gets naturalized and how long it will take and even if they CAN get naturalized.
