  • Great for movie theaters and making other cars(with woman drivers) near you safer. I would totally carry this around for those assholes in the store or elevators that just have to include you in their conversation by walking close to you and/or talking loudly about their 5 cars, 7 girlfriends, and new promotion to Chief Executive Awesome. Come to think of it, this might not work... the phone is probably off...

  • Thats nice to know. Soon cell phone jamming will rise up and become uncontrollable. Because urban cell pnone users have created a wireless war zone for the rest of us. And we have had enough of yapping radio active zombies everywhere u go. The non-using cell phone public just hasn't become aware of this power yet. As soon as these jammer gadgets get mass circulated then let the battle and fun begin.

  • @jenvict couldn't agree more. This video showed nothing. The only thing it showed was a signal loss while phone was less than 10 millimeters away. I need something that will work at up to 50M. I desperately need to learn to do this though. I have a serious problem I need to take care of ;) If anyone knows of a cheap or DIY solution please PM me

  • ANOTHER POINTLESS SHOWS NOTHING VIDIO

  • @infyrno917 And these are just ideas. I'm not saying that this is what has to happen. I just want safer roads and people paying more attention to their driving. There's not much anyone can do about it, actually.

  • @infyrno917 My other idea was to have some sort of radio device that puts the cell phone in a "driving mode" which turns off everything except voice calls.

You present a valid point, and I agree that widespread signal jamming would play hell with people making emergency calls. However, if every car had a jammer, they wouldn't have to have a very long range. Maybe 1 meter radius at the most. It wouldn't be powerful enough to affect people in neighboring cars.

  • @checkzack Lets say you were involved in a bad accident, and you were injured (hopefully not, but this is hypothetical). Now every car driving down the road is going to be jamming your potentially life saving 911 call.

  • @infyrno917 If manufacturers are required to install the devices before selling the vehicles, the idea will stand a chance. Now there are going to be hackers, or people who otherwise find a way to disable them. But if they drive near someone else on the road, they'll still get jammed. Or I could get my own high-powered jammer, put it in my car, and have my own 500 foot bubble of no-texting everywhere I go. It'll be bloody expensive, but it'll work.

  • @checkzack Yeah because laws solve everything.

  • they should make a law requiring short-range jammers in all vehicles (except under special circumstances). They should automatically turn on when you start the engine. For all the ppl who use the phone while driving: if your mother wants to talk to you while you're driving, she can leave a message. If your gf/bf wants to text you, it can wait. If your business call is that freaking important, pull over, turn off your engine, and make the call. Other than that, shut up and drive.

  • Search youtube for detracktor for a solution to cell phone spying, hacking, eavesdropping, stalking and tracking.
