@UlisesZ1986 not to be offensive or anything but the people who normally deal drugs in the US are Mexican. The Americans who do have access to marijuana most likely get it from Mexicans. I would know because a few of my family members have been locked because of possession of marijuana an I live in California. Also most of the Mexicans who deal drugs are illegal. So Mexico would actually have more drug dealers if you put it in terms of nationality.
