  • You do realize they tell you not place items directly on the bottom of an ultrasonic cleaning machine for a reason?

  • Yes, that is why the hose is holding heads up off the bottom of the ultrasound

  • @COREYJAMESAARON Yes, That is why i use the hose, it keeps the heads from touching the bottom of the ultrasound

  • Do I still you solvent if I'm using non-solvent inks?(JV4)

  • No, you can use a little dish soap for non-solvent

    the ultra sound crates heat

  • Yes it is filled with solvent and the yellow line

keeps the bottom of the heads from touching the

container. It suspends it. Takes abouts 4 min.

  • Thanks for sharing this great video, I really enjoyed the insign you bring to the topic, awesome stuff!

  • what kind of solvent are using?

  • You can float/suspend a glass dish at the top of the ultrasonic and fill the ultrasonic with water to get the same cleaning action. Glass dish contains cleaner. No need to over complicate or plate out your print head like this set up could do with dissimilar metals in an electrolyte solution.

  • Is there a concern with the solvent cleaner splashing into the circuitry? Possibly shorting out the boards. How do I dry to reinstall? Thank u in advance.
