This song really spoke to me when I first heard it and YES this IS Stephen Marley on lead vocals, not Ziggy. Steve sang several songs on the Melody Makers albums back in the day. Also, search for the song "My Life" by Don Carlos on YouTube it has a similar message to this one.

Sounds like Stephen singing on this one. He has a bit of a rougher tone to his voice compared to Ziggy. My dad used to play the mess out of this CD back in the day and it has since found a home in my own collection. Classic late-80s reggae...
