Hand on Your Heart - Sam and Austin AU (A Cinderella Story)

A Cinderella Story AU video told mainly from Sam's POV

Sam and Austin have been together for a while, but have now hit a snag in their relationship. Sam can feel that it's ending, but Austin's trying to keep them together by trying to do sweet things to show that he still loves her, but his attempts keep back firing and they keep fighting.

Sam finally comes to terms with the fact that it's over between them and she breaks up with him, leaving Austin feeling frustrated and Sam feeling relieved to just be over with it.

At the end of the video, Austin comes into where Sam works trying to make her feel guilty about ending it. She goes home after work and talks to her mom, feeling that things went sour/bad at the end because of her.

Sam's final quote is suppose to be her talking to her mom: "You don't understand. It was my fault."

Austin's final quote is about his frustrating with Sam ending things and how he felt like her doing so was her way of saying that she didn't care about him: "Maybe you just didn't care, because it wasn't about you and what you wanted."
Moments that may be confusing:

2:04-2:07 future (sepia) scene of Sam and Austin both moving on and meeting someone new
2:07-2:16 Sam breaking up with Austin, feeling relieved that it's finally over. (the scene where Sam comes out of the locker room and sighs)
2:17-2:21 Austin trying to make Sam feel guilty about ending it.
