Lie on the bench with your back slightly arced. Keep your feet on the floor to contribute your position. Grasp the dumbbell with both hands and hold it straight over your chest. Keep your arms straight and lower the weight slowly down in a wide arc behind your head until your rip cage are fully streched. Bring the weight back up to the starting postition tfollowing the same arc.

head is supposed to hang and only upper chest should be on bench.
