You should watch Dirty Picture - the movie, you'd know the reason why!
Classical dance is an art, to be appreciated on its own. Putting these in films, would ruin the art in the art!

@orizja1294 Most South East Asian Dances originated in India or were influenced by the Eight Classical Dance forms
Orissi was a major influence because the Oldest of them all, codified in the 4th century BCE, but today South East Asian Classical Dances have of course there own specificities...
