Catherine et Jimmy à Blanc Sablon

Jacques Cartier first discovered Blanc Sablon in 1534, when he was sailing across the St. Lawrence River to find a new passage to Asia. He named the location Blanc Sablon because of its beautiful lands, Blanc Sablon means White Sand in English.

Today, over 450 years later, Catherine and Jimmy are visiting this historically unique community in order to raise awareness and inspire young people to develop as socially conscious global citizens and become agents of change for their peers in their own community and around the world.
