How To:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and hold the barbell with an overhand grip. Bend your knees, lowering the barbell, and then lift it to shoulder level in one quick motion. Move your elbows and hands under the bar to catch the barbell and immediately press it directly overhead, making sure not to arch your back. Reverse the movement to return to starting position and repeat for the desired number of reps.
