That is not a system, that is a principle. Atheism is a principle it's self, not a system of principles. Theism is the same, I don't consider all theists chiristians, or even religious, theism is it's self a principle too, and part of religions like christianity, the same way atheism is a principle of humanism. Furthermore, it is separated by it's lack of faith from religons; faith is a defining characteristic of religion.

Philo, it does have a dogmatic belief system: God does not exist. That's the basic principle of Atheism. Organization isn't necessary. Plenty of religious people don't go to church, but can still be religious.
