After quite a long practice working on quickness in between hurdles. I decided to tape me running the 110's. To my surprise I ran pretty fast. And slow, but just watch the whole video.

  • low

  • Yeah, I know. Im usually low, but i didn't really focus on that in this run through. This was shot after 3 hours of quickness drills and training. With plenty of rest of course.

  • wait, maybe thats not what u meant. But no the hurdles arent low either. I'm really tall.

  • 14.89 as a 14 year old, righto buddy.

  • @lilcop90 it flipped because his hurdles arent weighted at the base which most hurdles are otherwise you would have hurdles flying all over the place in other competition

  • I say you would do a 14.8'ish in competition with this form, not bad...

  • dude thats a strong lead leg u flipped that whole hurdle but nice work on the first 1/2 i run a 14.89 in the 110 so far and im 14
