if you want the units, buildings cost to be lower then it's inside the "object" folder (also inside the INI folder. search for "build cost" read the lines you should see the items that the amount is referring to. always keep the digits exact, if you want to change 500 to 50, make it "050". it won't crash your game. but finish the game fairly, otherwise, where's the fun in it?

i have finished all these command and conquer games, from the red alert funny looking game to tiberium to zero hour. now i'm just makin' fun with them codes lol! you don't need cheat engine for c&c generals, just go generals folder, data, INI. there are lots of free hex editors. if you are using portableapps there is one there. locate the file named 'gamedata' inside the INI folder with the hex editor and search for "10000". default starting cash. change it with 99999. notice both have 5 digits.

you do all that when you can just open the file location and change say 200 to 50,000
