sounds like you got a short some where or if there is crosion on the batt wiers it could be a cencer.

You have a lose wire, when you shake the wires it makes contact. It may be nthe black one, they do get lose. Even though your fusing with the red, you might be moving the back one. Just my guess, hope you find the problem brother.
