Reading Jo Ramirez's autobiography (former McLaren team co-ordinator for about 17 years) and in it he says "I've never seen a lap like it, it seemed as if the car never had contact with the ground"..and he was Jackie Stewart's mechanic when he won his world championship, so he's seen an incredible amount of laps during his 40 plus years in motor racing!!
