  • lol, I poke a hole at the neck and stick my thumbs in and rip it apart that way. I've never seen a bird split like that before.

  • Very interesting, field expedient cleaning.

  • if you step on the head and tear it off first, then it will pull right through.

  • yeh thats the way i learened how to clean them it works a ducks there just alot tougher to do

  • you're going to have to wash it off pretty much immediately if you want to keep the meat. you usually won't have that problem though.

  • Can u still eat the meat if u get the fecal matter on it???

  • haha. too bad on that foul up. We do that for grouse, but we stand on their legs, and pull up on by the wing joints.
