i am proud to say that we do not have an Artiste series...just a very small moller. Sure wish there was a 16' Diapason or at least some independent 16' stop on the pedal. Many times i find myself playing some of the more "grand" verses of hymns an octave up on the manuals and an octave down in the pedal. I know that that's completely unorthodox, but it sure sounds nice...

This must be one of those catalog Mollers. I can't recall what they called them. "Artiste" or something like that I think. 8 ranks is pretty pinchy. It has to be unitized to the max. Still better than nothing. Incidentally, I had read your remarks here and there and had you pegged for someone older. You must have been paying attention in class. LOL...Thanks for sharing these with us.

That that you mention it, ya can sorta notice about the pedals...especially if you are used to the kind of sound you get out of a small practice organ. So I notice it now that you brought it to my attention. Still sounds good for so small though.

well yes, i've had that comment before. I think the voicing was very economical (for lack of a better word.) It can really serve a wide variety of literature for such a small thing. Mixtures are only two ranks and everything in the pedal is taken from the swell or great.

Only 8 ranks? I thought it would be a little more than that. We have a 56 rank Moller here that was rebuilt by Brunner. Anything that Brunner didn't work on sounds like hell...the rest is great.

cool! Is that pretty hard to play?

beautifully performed
just so everyone knows, i'm not afraid to show my face...the camera angle just works out that way. I noticed none of my videos show my face. Oh well...you're not missing much: )
