  • JJ, when you feel more confident in your masculinity maybe you can try them. ;-) A confident man I think is not so concerned about how he looks to others. The focus is in the wrong place. Instead, this is for men and women who are interested in feeling good and having good mobility. Good luck !

  • As we grow older, mobility exercises are of a major importance. It took me years to realize the benefits of well lubricated joints in my daily routine.Along with stretching they give a great sense of freedom in the body.A motion without any "knots".Steve deserves every respect-once again-for sharing such a precious knowledge. If only people knew, this should be a milion-viewers video...

  • Thanks Steve.

  • Awesome work Steve! too many athletes are hung up on getting straight to the heavy workouts without properly conditioning the body.

I have Steve Maxwell's joint mobility drills, but many of these i've never seen done before.

    Thanks again Steve, great stuff.

  • the things whic I was loocking for, thanks alot steve you are the man

  • @IKFFChannel agrees, that is mostly the issues of people who wanted to do some exercise and always have excuses to begin with

  • we do that in Kettlebell PH! Nico teaches us that awesome warm-ups!

  • i'm going to try this prior to and after KB snatches, and long cycle. I own several of your training dvds. thanks. do you have anything to specifically loosen up the trapezius/rhomboid area?

  • definitely helps before training thanks steve. proud to be part of the IKFF team.
