A preview of the full length documentary illustrating the role Ricks Institute has taken in rebuilding their country, Liberia. This country is currently recovering from 14 years of brutal civil war, which ended in 2003. During the Civil war Liberia lost 5% of the their population, and to put that in perspective, the United states lost 1.9% her population in the American Civil War. Books were burned; practically every store was looted; schools and homes were burned; and all land lines and hard lines were destroyed. However, Today, Liberia is seeing glimpses of hope in many places thanks to the efforts of schools across the country.
