Couple of things:
1) You're not using the ability to consumes your stack of 30 whatevers.... zen?
2) when fighting multiple mobs, you often send your companion to tank the strong while you solo dps the others. I suggest focus firing the weakest mobs with your companion so you only have one mob on the two of you. It might change per encounter though.
I'm not familiar with all the sent abilities, but I think you could use more skills and you'd see more success.
