http://uni3d.com/ - Dencouver, a city based off the two places I called home during college. This is a city model that has been pulled into projects over many years. A few fell off the map due to random circumstances, but others made sure my effort didn't go to waste! It's been years since any modifying has been done, so I've decided to give it away. I was inspired by the many open source softwares I use, with a desire to lend resources back into the community.

There are currently Maya ASCII and OBJ formats available. This model, if instead of intermittently here and there over years, was created in one sitting, it would take nearly 2 weeks of 8 hour work days. I'm giving it away because I so often rely on tools that I have been created and given away for free. Below is a short list of software that has made a positive effect on my work. But first, proper credits!

Unless otherwise mentioned all elements are the work of Troy Whitmer.

Most textures are original, but about 1/3rd are not, and are supplied by - http://cgtextures.com/

Thanks to Shanyn for assistance with texture processing/cleanup.

The music heard is the work of CCMixter user Fireproof Babies, the mix "Kids Then Age"

And a link to the Munchy Media produced "Action Movie Hero Boy", a short clip of which was seen as buildings were blowing up.

I can not thank the people behind the following projects enough, if you're unfamiliar with these tools, get acquainted! They are downright amazing, and don't cost a penny. Many are even cross-platform. (Win/Mac/Lin)
