Apple already over prices EVERYTHING to begin with. I think that apple is made up of greedy bastards that are even more greedy than microshit, and that's not the only reason why I go for open source linux and android. I choose the open source life because it's free, not just free since I can't afford to support them yet, but free as in I can do ANYTHING I want with it, plus redistribute, as long as it is under the copyleft law (not sure if their is a space or not with left) but it's the best.

Yeah, only 30% for a good distribution platform is not a bad deal at all. Keep in mind that apple is over break-even so they are not **earning** anything, just losing on it. Apple **only** earns money on the devices they sell.

I think you need to reexplain this differently. I was very lost in understanding what you were trying to explain. It seems complicated even after watching it twice.... sigh.. maybe I'm just slow? :( But from what I gather, you're saying that when Apple brings in a new subscriber they get 30% of the subscription fee, but when the publisher brings in a subscriber outside of the app they keep 100% of the revenue and apple gets zero. This seems to be fair.
