Pin your arms! When you go to order arms and the rifle is wrong, don't fix it (secondary movements). Consistency--if one of you smiles, all of you smile.
The Drillers are doing well but, they need to develop their core muscles more and here is why: The rifle is getting away from each of them. They have to reach out away from their center to grab the rifle and pull it back in. Core muscle workouts and more practice will only benefit.
Bearing is great! Movements are somewhat awkward at times. Check each Driller for their exact position during the Queen Anne Salute; some hands are different, back is hunched, etc

2:17 was a little shaky.
2:41 try not to bend.
3:14 you usually don't drop the rifles..... :o
Overall, nice exchanges and synchronization. That was pretty cool stuff. I liked the ending a lot.
And definitely listen to DrillMaster's comments. He wrote the book on drill you know! :)

One last thing I wanted to add: Body movement is excessive when manipulating the rifle. Keep the "T" nice and straight. "T"= shoulders and torso.
