I have so many people asking me 'What's wrong with cooked foods?" Well, I don't even know where to begin, there are SO many things wrong with cooked foods that it's almost an endless subject.
I've tried to cover a few big points in this video, but certainly there are many more reasons why eating cooked foods is unhealthy.
I usually try to focus on the benefits of uncooked natural plant foods like fruit and vegetables. I know from personal experience that eating nothing but raw fruits and vegetables and no cooked foods at all offers you perfect health!

To be honest i have good muscle mass on me and i eat cooked meat and also cook my oats. I also eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables though ;)

Also there are BIG distinctions between HIGH heat cooking verses low heat cooking, not nearly as much denaturing and detrimental alterations, but yes obviously still altered/denatured. In other words barbecued/fried food is far more altered/denatured/acidic than something steamed or boiled.

@mzimmerman12 Perhaps a forest fire that killed off many animals would supply cooked protein for weeks to any animal including apes that happened to be very hungry. But then sustaining that process wouldn't work without the ability to create fire, so that doesn't really make sense hahahhhaha mysteries;)

Scientists can't even prove that man evolved from apes so to think they can tell what caused them to evolve is a stretch. So who cooked the protein for the apes to get them to evolve in the first place?

Scientist have recently discovered that the key factor that helped us evolve from apes into modern humans and develop are brain is cooked protein. But with that being said to much of anything is bad for you.The average Joe should always take in more fruits and vegetables, over meats and starches but just like politics, anyone thats to far one way or the other is just selling something. A 100% raw vegan diet isnt balanced diet. The key is to find balance and diversity according to your lifestyle.

Some say certain veg and fruit is bad because of pesticides others say carbs are bad some say fats are bad now people are saying cooked food is bad. Its gets frustrating because what are we supposed to eat??

There are animals who eat meat, animals who eat grass, animals who eat fruits, animals who eat other plants and even animals who eat feces of other animals, but they have one thing in common: they dont expose their food to fire before eating it. We as humans are the only specie who cooks their food. Open your eyes people and listen to this guy
