It's a 34 space park located within the city limits of Alice which is about 19,000 people. About a 5 minute ride to downtown. You get city water and sewer which is better than a septic setup. Cable & gas is available.

Park has been there for about 30 years.

Almost all the lots are 40 feet by 100 feet, so any singlewide can fit and some double wides.

I have about 3-4 spaces vacant now and want to rent them. Also... we are a mobile home park, not an RV park but we will rent the same 40 foot by 100 foot lot to a RV renter but treat them the same as a mobile home. So you would not plug in in this example, you would pay electrician to install electrical box like a mobile home and pay same rent and water like a mobile home.

We pay $250 to the lot renter when they complete a mobile home skirt all the way around trailer, to make a better appearance for the park.

Some have come to Alice for the winter and go back north for the summer. Most live year around in park.

You can have a month to month lease or a 6 month lease that goes to month to month after 6 months.

The cost of hooking up your electric is paid by the renter and not the park. This could run several hundred dollars. We can supply you with helpful numbers for things like this if you need them... call the park manager.

We have water meters to figure out how much water you use. The park does not make a profit from water and garbage... just pass on what it costs the park.
