  • Hey guys you were far away of your time. You had the "whole package" - good rock music and a spectacular stage show. My hobby is to rediscover all those great bands from the 60s that didn´t "reach the highest level". It´s a fantastic musical treasure. Listen (youtube) for example to:

THE ZETTLERS and their versions of "Skinnie Minnie" and "Beautiful Delilah".

Really f...g reat with a bloody driving beat.

THE GOLLIWOGS and the tune "Tell me". Check up the singer...yes, it´s him!!!

  • fastly approaching 40k!!!

  • The Fabulous Flippers are playing a FREE REUNION SHOW! Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Main Street Marcus, IA Street Dance. If you're anywhere close to NW Iowa, make sure you Harlem Shuffle on over.

  • Closing in on the mythical 40K! Everyday im shufflin....and I have to say, these guys got it started decades ago

  • The Flippers, Red Dogs, Spider and the Crabs, The Pilgrims, Marlys Roe and the Talismen, etc., all played in a little town in NE South Dakota called Redfield where I grew up. Once a month the local Jaycee club would put on a teen dance and bring in these groups, kids would come from 100's of miles away to participate, many times there must have been a couple thousand people there especially during the summer, all of these bands were very good but the Fabulous Flippers stood alone.

  • my uncle was the manager for this band :D

  • This is the version I remember when I was in high school. Love it.
