  • Thank you for being modest.

Hey I really enjoyed your commentary during the presidential race.

I hope you go back to National stuff? Do more commentary on that healtcare, world politics, etc.

  • Ha! One video on California. There's not presidential race on right now, so things are a bit more limited for the time being. That's why I've been focusing on specific policies or agencies.

  • A few months ago I went to the CA DMV for the first time in 12 years to renew my license. The place was packed, but I had an appointment, and the appointment line was short. I got my number, waited a few minutes, then did my business (eye test, fee, new picture). I was in and out the door in 20 minutes. So yeah, seemed pretty efficient to me.

  • I tried to make an appointment ahead of time, but they were booked for the next 3 weeks. I imagine it would only have been quicker with an actual appointment.

  • well i went to the chula vista dmv. took 25 minutes to get my number, 4 1/2 hours for my number to be on the TV. 10 min to pay and give info, 30 min to take my written test and 15 to wait for it to be scored.(i past) NOW I CAN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE!.

  • hey, try wearing black color dress look cool for you lady

  • Man, you think the California DMV has problems? Try to the Maryland MVA. I swear to God, with 12 people behind the counters, I was there, for 9 hours.

  • Tucson misses you already, darlin'!

  • I, for one, greatly appreciate your insight, and clear, concise expression of your logic and fact based opinions.

I am from California and my personal experience is exactly the same.

I also believe it is insane to think the government is unable to move smoothly...

  • I went to the dmv and they charged me 9.50$ just to register my license plate as stolen, and I needed a police letter as proof or they wouldbnt do it for me. I tried to pay with visa just so they would be charged a service fee from visa, but they wouldnt let me do that either. Organized crime, and all they had to do was change something on the computer thats all. O and my insurance company charged me 250$ just to make a claim that my bike was stolen, and thats no garantee they'll pay out.

  • FL DMV, here in Orlando, is pretty efficient compared to NC.

  • Why do you defend our government?

  • You just moved? Have you had cable installed in your new place yet? Let me tell you about private industry bureaucracy ...

    :-P

  • Hey! I really like the Presidential stuff, though I disagreed with some of your points of views.

Topics are HOT nationally, are you kidding?

    Suggestions:

    "Teabaggers" (Guilty, me)

    Health Care Reform

    Your local Town Hall meetings

    Bailouts (pick one)

Anyway, do like Huell Howser and take your camera along.

I'm sorry, I do like the California stuff.

    Thanks
