It's a clip from the movie Renegade (aka Blueberry) in which the main character drinks Ayahuasca which contains dimethyltryptamine, and has a mind blowing trip.

You can just buy some pure dmt on the road or if you have the knowledge you can extract it quite easily from some plants.
