  • Sorry luv, I'm Polish and this is wrong. That is a Polish version of a burger called 'kotlet mielony-minced kotlet. Polish schnitzel is called kotlet Austrian Schnitzel i terms of preparation and cooking method but veal beat is replaced with pork beat. Regards

  • Bardzo dobrze!

Now I am hungry enough to try this recipe. Yummy ;)

Dziękujemy... i moje ręce są czyste ;)

Yes and fingers bent in- I thought you were going to cut your thumb off for a second there! Agh! Woman who cut away from self, not cut self!

  • nice, just a tip put a wet towel under your chopping board so that it doesnt slip when cutting. :)

  • I made some Polish Schnitzel based on your reciepe, and it was incredible!!! You are one awesome cook!! I'd like to thank my Polish best friend for sending me your video!

  • This onion is from Fukushima ?!?!?!

  • It's making me hungry already.

  • Although i usually eat schnitzel in its austrian/german form, this looks equally delicious.

  • A little bit like a Swedish dish, Beef Lindstrom but that dish has potatoes in it and sometimes beets.

  • it looks yummy alright!
