Sorry luv, I'm Polish and this is wrong. That is a Polish version of a burger called 'kotlet mielony-minced kotlet. Polish schnitzel is called kotlet Austrian Schnitzel i terms of preparation and cooking method but veal beat is replaced with pork beat. Regards

nice, just a tip put a wet towel under your chopping board so that it doesnt slip when cutting. :)

Although i usually eat schnitzel in its austrian/german form, this looks equally delicious.

A little bit like a Swedish dish, Beef Lindstrom but that dish has potatoes in it and sometimes beets.
