@MrHabs1993 harper is gonna flip when this bill passes. As property crimes will increase, we will also see an increase in crime rates across the board. Lots of criminals switched to growing weed cause of the low penalties. Now people will steal, rob and do what ever they can to make a buck. If your gonna go to jail for growing 50 plants. Then you might as well just go rob or steal something as there is no mandatory minimum for those crimes. Watch our crimb rates skyrocket after this bill.
