I heard this game supported the Neo Geo Pocket link cable. Is it true? Did anyone try it?

There's a useful FAQ for this game written by Nicholas Freeman at GameFAQs, which includes a menu translation. I recommend it to anyone who wants to play this excellent game but doesn't speak Japanese.

This has NOTHING to do with the creators of Mad Maestro. This is a direct copy of a video performed by an older rendition of IGN's previous staff. The gameplay in this video is very poor as is all of IGN's attempts at completing this game. The game is SNK's first entrance into 3D and was actually very well done considering it came from a company known for its' 2D sprite based fighting games. It is a cult classic that will unfortunately continue to go un-noticed by the American public.
